Not sure what movements to do as a warm up?

Joint mobility and dynamic stretches are by far the most effective and comprehensive was to safely get your body warm.

It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or elite athlete, these moves can be scaled appropriately to suit your needs.

Things that you can change; speed you complete the moves, number of reps, number of rounds, range of movement

Sometimes I will do this sequence as a recovery day, spending minutes working through each movement pattern, just to feel the work.

Allow yourself time the breathe and let me know how you get on
