Weekly online exercise sessions for everyone All are welcome! He is fully qualified physical rehabilitation instructor.

Fit –Heart classes are designed for those who have heart disease, those with family history of heart disease or individuals who wish to maintain and improve their general level of fitness. The classes are designed so that individuals can exercise at their own optimum level and a lively, friendly atmosphere in the comfort of their own home. Those attending the classes may have had a cardiac inciden

t or just wanting to increase their level of health. All classes are run by British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention Rehabilitation (BACPR) trained instructor Matthew. Matthew is an experienced trainer, who has been working in cardiac rehab for 12 years with excellent feedback from all the participants in his classes. He is fully qualified Mental Health First Aider, as well as can offer advice in nutrition to support your recovery. Classes are run every Monday and Thursday 10am - 11am on Zoom.
