Hi everyone,
I’ve been really quiet on here for a while as so much has been happening behind the scenes.

I’ve been a full time carer for my son for over 26 years and juggling my holistic business around my caring duties.
At the end of September he went full time into supported living, which has been fabulous. He is so happy there and I have no worries where he is concerned.

It has meant downsizing and I now live in much smaller accommodation and further West in Pembrokeshire. I’m not facilitating treatments in person from home anymore. So I’ve been doing my own fair share of ‘letting go’.

I’ve recently trained as a Prograna Evolutionary Coding System Teacher and I’m going to be doing further teaching in 2026.

I will be teaching:
🌟Pellowah Practitioner & Level 2
🌟Prograna Evolutionary Coding System 1-3
🌟3 Healing from March
🌟Ishvara Energy later in 2026

✨I also facilitate activations of the Blue Rose, Pink Rose and Black Rose - more to be coming soon. This means once activated you, yourself can teach and activate others. They are such beautiful energies. I will be posting more soon about each one. These can all be activated over ZOOM or WhatsApp through video call.

All the treatments I do are about awakening your remembrance of what it’s like to have a perfect soul, mind and body. Healing happens in layers from the inside out. Some of us have more to sift through than others, but we all have our stuff.

I am the facilitator - I hold the space and bring in the energies but it is your own remembering and whatever it is that you need now on this journey we call ‘life’.
We are doing so much clearing and recalibrating in this lifetime and of course it is the year of the wood snake - which is all about shedding anything which no longer belongs or hampers us. Plus a powerful 9 year. It is an intense time.

Shifting into the non linear multidimensional soul self reality, we come to know that all things must pass and that a moment in time may pass seemingly unnoticed or create the 'future'reality we desire.
Loving kindness towards ourselves is paramount. For as we crystallise the codes of Light within the Diamond of the heart, it becomes impossible to be anything other than the being of self compassion, that ripples outwards.
Be kind to yourself today, without judgement. 💗🙏 It is the greatest gift of love to your self. Always. 💕🙌

Congratulations to three new Ishvara Energy Level 2 Practitioners. What a blissful weekend of energy work, attunements, and healing.

Moving deeper into the heart.
Deeper into self love, appreciation and compassion.
It is not an easy path of love we take on Earth, but as we crystallise the Light within, it is filled with love and joy. Gently shifting that which is no longer in need of our attention. Opening to and aligning with more love, creativity and peace. 💜💕💜🙏✨️.

The energy frequencies are high, creating a need to go inwards, to examine perhaps and to feel it all. 💗 We are 'feeling beings' and through such feeling through our heart and soul, we feel our way home. Home to the divinity within.
Feeling is all - peace, love, joy are not just states of being, they must be felt and more than this, they must be experienced.
What we experience in life arises through the heart, bringing us ever closer to Divine Source.
Feeling is like breathing , we must feel to live and experience it all.
This is the gift we came to experience as human Souls incarnate. Experience and feeling brings about the greatest transformation.
