Exciting News~ Vital Yoga is back!
In collaboration with Reigate and Banstead Councils School Holiday Activities!!! Offering two parent and toddler yoga sessions The Merstham Community Hub on 03/08/23 then again, same time on 07/08/23 at The Harlequin Theatre Redhill. This August, I am running a series of Yoga Workshops for Reigate and Banstead Councils School Holiday Activities. There will be Parent and toddler classes, as well as yoga for teens.

Tower Building; it isn’t all about asana during our toddler yoga classes. As we know toddlers are very busy little people and tailoring activities to suit the mood is key to build confidence, success and learning new skills!

When I began teaching yoga for toddler’s, I wanted a class to take my son to and build a community of likeminded souls!

Mental well being is very important to me and important for everyone, no matter the age-so let’s activate a healthy and positive well being journey for our littles and have fun along the way 🍍🙌🏽🙏
