I would like to wish all my customers, friends and family and very merry Christmas.
It’s time for me to put my feet up now and be waited on a bit.
I have recently being diagnosed with a heart condition and therefore need to slow down a bit.
I will be back to it in the new year but with reduced hours. More details to follow.
For now have a lovely break and enjoy time with your loved ones.

This weather can be drying for our skin and bodies. Central heating while needed does not help.
Colds coughs and chest infections seem to be rife, I am still getting over mine.
I’m trying to hard to add some extra moisture in amy way I can from head to toes.
Don’t forget those nails and feet.
I have some comfort packs available.

Hi all sorry for the lack of posts but I am not functioning at full capacity at the moment. With antibiotics taking longer than normal to clear my chest completely I am having to slow down a bit.!!
Something I don’t like doing but needs must.
I have limited availability in December but I am taking bookings on a first coke basis. I still have a couple of slots left on the Saturday 23rd.

Are we bold colours or lighter ones in these dull months?

Now is a good time of year to get those feet sorted and winter ready.
Have a luxury or standard pedicure to tidy them up. Keep nails a bit shorter this time of year wearing closed footwear and don’t forget plenty of moisture those feet still need it.
In the evening put some fluffy socks on after applying some foot cream.
This year I have some lovely cupcake sock gifts with foot fizz or cream in the middle.

Hi lovelies
Hope you are all having a nice weekend.
I am taking a rare weekend off completely with very limited plans so I can catch up on rest and sleep do some cleaning and make crackers!!
Next week I now only have a few gaps due to doing more cover at the surgery. I have thursday afternoon availability and Saturday morning.
So thursday 12th october - afternoon and Saturday 14th morning.

Happy feet are looked after feet because they carry us about from a to b run about after the family, take us off to work and are always the last things to get rested at the end of the day.
For me it’s about enjoying what I do as mostly I am a happy person in fact today at work it was commented that I’m always jolly with people and also the fact they have never heard me swear!!
I may have an occasional moan, even say an odd work out of frustration but mostly I find it’s easier the sort a problem than let it get to me.
Self- care is so important so just what makes you happy have an occasional treat and never feel guilty for having some ‘you time’

Hi ladies
Hope you are all well.
First week back after my holidays and I have been a busy bee. As well as working my 2 jobs I have done a couple of eyebrow tints a facial and some pedicures.
Next week I have my rota for work some have freed up a bit more availability.
Monday 4th September 3.30 pm.
Tuesday 5th September - 4pm
Wednesday 6th September 4pm
Friday 8th September - evening availability
Saturday 9th - morning slots
Don’t forget I know the weather is getting dreary but try to get those feet done one last time if you are moving towards closed footcare. It’s good to get those toe nails filed and hard skin removed that may have built up with those holidays and bare feet days.

Hi ladies
Well that’s me back from my holidays and all renewed and refreshed.
Today I did my first spin class at the new gym in town.
I’m having the bank holiday off and I start back to work on Tuesday 29th.
I do have availability for treatments this week but only Friday with 4pm and 7pm left.
