What a beautiful evening we shared on 21st September for my Autumn Yoga Nidra session. As the leaves begin to turn and the air shifts, I feel so grateful for each of you who joined and brought your gentle energy to the space 🍂

I am truly touched by your thoughtful and warm feedback. Your words mean so much and remind me why I love sharing these moments with you all  🍂

Sunday, the 21st of September, my yoga need recession was pure magic 🌟 Thank you to everyone who joined and brought their beautiful energy.

The room glowed with soft, gentle lighting, and calming music filled the air, inviting us all to unwind and breathe deeply.

We shared gentle movement, set our autumn intentions during our guided meditation, before easing into our deep yoga nidra, rest. 🧘‍♀️

The trees shedding their leaves in autumn, It's a season for letting go to make space for new beginnings 🍂

Afterwards, we gathered in gratitude, sharing homemade cakes and sipping warm herbal teas 🥮 🍵
A big thank to Lynn for the delicious cakes 🧁

These moments of connection are truly special. Thank you for being part of my yoga well-being community ❤️
