Just notice that…..
The way you override your intuition.
The way you silence your needs.
The way you push through when your body is asking you to slow down.
The way you criticise yourself in a tone you’d never use on anyone else.

And imagine, just for a moment, what would shift if you stopped doing that….

Imagine waking up and not negotiating your worth.
Imagine looking in the mirror
and not scanning for what’s wrong.
Imagine making decisions from a place of “I matter” instead of “I hope they stay.”

That’s self-love 💜

Not bubble baths.
Not affirmations you don’t believe.
Not pretending you’re confident.

It’s staying with yourself.
