I set out to help other women to feel better about themselves.

And I absolutely smashed it.

This time out is giving me time to reflect..

Were there some hard (pretty fu***ng s**t tbh) times? Too right there was.

But does that outweigh the positive impact made to so many? Absolutely not.

To every woman who ever shared that floor with me, I genuinely hope that you are feeling fine, thriving + being that girls-girl the universe needs 🫵

I’ll keep hold of my Inspiring Woman Award for another year 🏆

To everyone there this year, I’m wishing you a blast!

March 2022 vs March 2025
One of these photos makes me want to hide.
The other makes me proud.
Both are me.
And both matter.

That first photo? That’s a woman who had hit her limit. Burnt out, full of pain, stuck in old patterns, unsure how to get out, but quietly clinging to a hope that something had to give.

And the second? That’s a woman who gave herself a fighting chance. Who said enough, went all in on healing, got sober, did the therapy, learned the tools, and then used it all to build a space where other women could do the same.

To say it feels surreal being featured again in the press is an understatement. But it’s also a reminder that this isn’t just my win. It’s a win for every woman who’s ever felt like she wasn’t enough. Who’s ever been too scared to show up or convinced she was too far gone.

ConfiDance was never just about dance. It’s about transformation. It’s about shaking off the shame, finding your power, and doing it your own way.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, wondering if this space is for you…
It is.
