🌟Emotional wellbeing mentoring🌟
I’m Katie 😊 I am a trained counsellor and work with young people supporting their emotional wellbeing.
Young people are struggling with their mental health and the support isn’t out for them. This often leaves young people and parents not knowing which way to turn 😔
I offer emotional wellbeing sessions for young people on a one-on-one basis to help young people manage their emotional health, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being, often focusing on strategies for stress management, anxiety reduction, and building confidence.
So who could these sessions help? 😄
➡️ Do you have a child who seems to worry a lot or an anxious teen who seems to be missing out on the fun things?
➡️ Do you have a child who struggles to regulate their emotions and seems to be hyperactive and happy or overstimulated and overwhelmed?
➡️ Does your child struggle with their self-esteem and seem to worry about the way they look or the way they they think people perceive them?
➡️ Does your child have intrusive thoughts? Ones that seem to be impacting their daily life?
➡️ Has your child struggled with a death in the family or been witness to a traumatic event in the past?
➡️ Is your child using self-harming behaviours as a coping strategy?
