Let's treat today like a fresh start, really get our mindset focused on our dreams and goals.

What can you personally challenge yourself change, to make February your turning point?

I would like to lose another stone so I am absolutely committed to food optimising 100%, I want to see those numbers changing.

If you have a goal pop it in the comments or have it ready for group on Tuesday.

Here are a few ideas 💡 to get you thinking about what you would like to aim for.

● Drop a dress size.
● Lose 1lb, 2lb, 3lb, or more per week.
● Up you Active Lifestyle.
● Start something new, Try a fitness class, Get out an walk.
● Add more Speed Free food to your plate.

I am super proud of all for your continued support.

It is so important to show up to group, show up for yourself and show up for others. The difference after you've been to group is huge, the emotional support, the motivation, the helpful hints and tips.
You ALL give eachother and me the drive to do something amazing.

Congratulations for each and every loss, those numbers on the scales were awesome.

62.5lb the equivalent of,

● A large dog who's raided the kitchen bin.

● 1,000 Bananas 🍌 ready for an army of hungry monkeys 🐒

● An average 7-8 year old full of sass.

● An adult Beaver build like a soggy log.

● Two Raccoons in a trench coat.

● 20 standard bricks.

Some of those are eye openers 🤣🤣🤣
