Can everyone join me in welcoming Hannah, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN) with an MSc in Clinical Nutrition. Hannah will be at the Weald Natural Health Centre on Fridays, give her a shout for all your nutrition advice!

"My approach is rooted in science translating nutritional research into practical, sustainable habits that fit with people's lifestyles. I believe that understanding the ‘why’ behind nutrition alongside supporting accessible actions is the backbone to lasting change. I work with both adults and children in a range of areas such as gut health, pre-diabetes, weight management and disordered eating.

As a mum to a child who had a paediatric feeding disorder and was tube fed, I have a speciality in children's nutrition. In this area I support other families with children that have difficulties in eating, have written research, and I am chair of The Feeding Trust (a charity for Paediatric Feeding Disorders).

My journey to working as a nutritionist has been an amazing one and one of my biggest joys is sharing current knowledge to encourage a healthy relationship with food and a deeper understanding of how we can better support our health with what we eat.
