"Plan for the Week"

Now, this one seems like a simple one but in the lead up to Christmas, it can easily be forgotten!

Remember to sit down and plan for the week ahead, whatever is in your diary 😘

There are 3 meals a day to make delicious and "on plan". Incorporate those "celebrations" and remember to plan in your daily syns 🥰

This is the absolute best way to keep your week on track 🌟
