✨ “Joy is resistance!” declared Eve Holt from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, speaking at the SocialCareFuture conference in .

We also heard powerful messages from Rick Burgess of the Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People Jess McGregor from ADASS , and - most importantly - from people who draw on support.

Attendees were invited to share their ideas for better social care with visiting members of the , helping shape the future of social care.

It was a fantastic day. And a real honour to play our part in the national conversation on how social care can better enable good lives!
