“It’s really important to record these lower level incidents because they add up."

Dimensions Advocacy Lead, Dr Mark Brookes MBE spoke to the The Guardian about plans to scrap non-crime hate crimes.

Hate crime is already rarely reported against disabled people, so Mark works with police across the UK to raise awareness about accessible reporting and the impact of hate crime.
