Scale weight…⚖️
Scale weight is not the be all and end all of your weight loss journey🤔
Scale weight can fluctuate massively depending on sooooo many things! When you last ate, the amount of carbs in your last meal, when you last went to the toilet and where you are in your cycle (female).
Within my journey I got focussed on scale weight and would be disheartened when it had slightly gone up, however when we look at the overall picture, I have dropped 18.3lbs since January, but if I was to focus on each week, or day, my weight could be up 2kg, down 1lb it varies massively and that’s something you need to take into account with your journey!!
My clients don’t rely on scale weight, we look at progress pictures, measurements and how they feel personally!✨
