Giving our bodies permission to truly, truly drop into full relaxation takes so long. We need to be comfortable, feel safe, know we won’t be disturbed. This often takes such a long time to achieve. We need to trust that the space around us is secure.
One of the biggest pleasures of being a massage therapist is to try and put all those elements together to enable clients to declutter their minds and soften their bodies during treatments.
My curiosity has drawn me towards training in Yoga Nidra, a beautiful form of yogic sleep…somewhere between the conscious and unconscious.
I’ve personally been on the receiving end of deep yoga nidra experiences for many years. Thanks to , , and and many, many more.
From December I will be offering yoga nidra evening sessions to groups of up to 4 women a time.
This will include teas and sweet treats, a crackling log fire, hand knitted socks, massage, meditation and essentially………time……and…….space. Just for you.
