✨️ Join us post-workout for a Christmas Date! Mamas from all locations welcome - even if you haven't yet come to class! ✨️

We'll be celebrating the year's wins, burns, progress, laughs, friendships, STRENGTH..(and sometimes tears) together after sessions on 17th & 19th December...and we would of course be THRILLED to have you join us! ❤️

As the last month of the year approaches, we can't quite believe what 2025 has brought us, and we have you all to thank. You warm our hearts and souls, and in return, thank you for allowing us to warm your muscles 😂🔥

From the very first Mama & Mini session in our local park, Core Wellness has given me—and so many other mamas—strength, space, and support completely for free (thanks to funding they sourced!). What started as exercise became community… and what started as community became something so much deeper.

We’ve grown stronger together, laughed together, and carried each other through the messy, magical mama seasons. And our minis? They’ve built the sweetest little friendships, wriggling, wobbling, and discovering the world side by side.

Now that the group is moving indoors, I feel incredibly honoured to give back a little piece of what this community has given me. Wriggly Bookworms will be joining the sessions, bringing sensory play, climbing and lots of wriggles for our little ones to enjoy.

Here’s to strong mamas, joyful minis, and the beautiful circles we build when we lift each other up. 💛

As we approach our final couple of weeks of working out in Kingswood Park, we are getting ready to wrap up and go into the warm! We have limited spaces available for subsidised tickets (£4 a session) so book fast if you're planning to join us 🔥
