People often talk about money 'ive been putting a bit away for a rainy day'
So they have financial support when times get tough.
Your mental health can be similar, its great when it's going good, but what support do you have if a storm comes?
I always push my clients to try to spend atleast 30 mins a day checking in with themselves, building a relationship with their own mind, it can often be forgotten in a busy life. But it really helps build self awareness, help identify rips before they become gaping holes. Builds self- confidence and resilience.
I'm asking you have you considered this? Is there a way you could do more for yourself?
