Is Coaching Right for My Child?
Coaching may be a good fit if your child:
➡️ Is feeling overwhelmed by school, exams, or expectations
➡️ Lacks confidence or motivation
➡️ Struggles with stress, worry, or emotional regulation
➡️ Finds friendships or social situations challenging
➡️ Feels “stuck” or unsure how to move forward
➡️ Would benefit from practical tools and strategies
➡️ Is open to talking and reflecting in a supportive space
Life coaching can help your child build confidence, resilience, and practical skills to manage everyday challenges and move forward positively.
Coaching may not be the right support if your child:
➡️ Is experiencing significant or ongoing mental health difficulties
➡️ Needs diagnosis, clinical treatment, or crisis support
➡️ Is at risk of harm to themselves or others
➡️ Requires intensive therapeutic intervention
➡️ If this applies: Specialist mental health or therapeutic support is more appropriate. I will always be honest and supportive in helping families access the right help.
Not sure?➡️ An initial conversation can help determine whether coaching is suitable, or whether another form of support would be more beneficial.
