Staxigoe that was a treat 😍💙 and thank you for blessing us with a weekend of spring sunshine and tropical (5deg) water 🌊❄️

Always a warm welcome coming back here, and to see people soaking up the beauty of this spot is something special.

Not sure when, be we will be back here again! Moving forward i'm hoping to stay on locations for slightly longer, but more on that next time!

🔥 Communal & Private sessions in Castletown for the last 2 weekends of March

🔥 Community session on March 14th - which has been fully booked by Thurso Community Cafe to introduce the sauna to a small group who would like to try it

Winter Wellness ❄️☀️ what a day!

Last Saturday we welcomed 8 lovely souls for a full day reset, and were blessed with spring sun on the last day of winter.

The day flowed perfectly with everyone enjoying a wild sauna to start the day, followed by a balanced yoga flow with Iain. It was then time to enjoy a well deserved lunch - we served up spiced parsnip soup, home made bread, and a fine mint chocolate & nut nibble finish 😍
Jasmine rounded up the day with a relaxing hypnosis session focussing on manifesting positivity!

A huge huge thankyou to all of you who joined, and for your good vibes, energy, laughs, and kind feedback!

We cant wait for the next installment through the spring/summer 🙂🧘🏽‍♂️🔥❄️

Excited to be on the road tomorrow and back in Staxigoe for a couple of weekends!

This is such a bonnie, sheltered, and secluded haven to enjoy a sauna & cool down in nature! 🔥❄️

Quite often its stormy & wild at sea, but a peaceful calm in the protection of the cove & harbour, with seals also enjoying the shelter.

Hope to see some of you there 🙂 we have sessions tomorrow 1st March, and then next weekend 7th & 8th!

🧘‍♀️🔥 Yoga & Sauna — Sunday 22nd March 🔥🌊

We are back with another yoga & sauna combo 🧘🏽‍♂️🔥

Iain will start with a guided 30-minute mindful practice using meditation, breath & sound to help you properly arrive, relax, and ground. From there, you,ll move into an all-abilities yoga flow, building warmth and connection in the body.

Then it’s down to the sauna for hot & cold cycles in the wild 🌬️🔥 If the sea is calm and inviting, you can dip… and if not, the shower and waterfall bucket are ready for that invigorating refresh ❄️🚿

Expect movement, warmth, cold, and connection with nature.

A February photo dump & reflection ☺️❄️

Things started off grey & wet & windy, and although it was definitely testing...the warmth of the sauna kept us going and still brought many smiles.

Thank you to everyone whos enjoyed the sauna through these tougher winter months! It makes me so happy to see people enjoying it, especially on the dreich days! 🥹

I've also enjoyed a few well deserved saunas with Jasmine & friends, with many laughs & smiles & cold waterfall showers! ☺️🔥❄️

The ocean has been unpredictable & wild & w**dy, but its inspired a few improvements with the shower and waterfall plunge! 🌊

Then last weekend we saw the return of the sun, and a w**d free bay 😍 winter will definitely bite again a few times i'm sure, but wow was it nice to feel some sun ☀️

That was a fine weekend 😍 we saw the sun return, and a seaw**d free bay 🙌🏼

But very excited to be back on the move soon, with the sauna in Staxigoe over the next couple of weekends.
A few slots next Sun, then a full weekend on the 7th & 8th! ❄️🔥

Hopefully bring some warmth to the East coast after the 2 months of rain & gails.

🔥 Aufguss Sauna Ritual – 15th March 🔥

We’re so excited to welcome Doro from for a truly special guided sauna experience.

So… what is Aufguss?

Rooted in German sauna culture, this is a multi-sensory ritual where water and ice infused with essential oils are poured over hot stones. The rising steam is then expertly guided through the sauna, creating waves of deep, even heat 🌫️
