Why holding a safe, calm, welcoming, judgment-free space matters so deeply to me 🤍
Whether you’re attending a group sound bath, a 1:1 session, or even a nail appointment with me, my intention is always the same:
to hold space for you.
Your time.
Your safe place.
Your moment to rest.
Because I know…
I know what it feels like to be judged from the outside looking in.
For people to see a nice family, a good job, holidays, a “good life” — and assume it’s easy, while having no idea what’s really happening beneath the surface.
I understand grief, and how differently it hits depending on who you’ve lost — a baby, a sibling, a best friend, a loyal pet.
I understand how you can be surrounded by people and still feel completely lost and alone.
I know what it’s like to not know where to turn next, your mind constantly in overdrive.
I understand the hurt, the shock, and the questions that come when trust is broken.
I’ve been at rock bottom. I’ve slit my wrist.
I’ve lived through days where waking up felt heavy.
I understand how tempting it is to hide behind pills, distractions, and fake smiles while inside you’re crumbling or feeling lost.
I understand because I’ve been there
But I also know the COURAGE and STRENGTH it takes to take that one step — whether it’s your first or your hundredth.
The step to put yourself first.
The moment you acknowledge that you deserve support.
The trust it takes to let someone listen, hold you, guide you.
I know it’s not easy.
But I also know this:
You can survive.
You can turn your pain into strength.
You can grow, heal, and become empowered and proud of who you are.
You can become a shining light — even after darkness.
Sometimes, all you need is the right space.
A place where you feel safe enough to go inward, to heal, and to grow.
And that is the space I strive to hold 🤍
This path wasn’t about confidence or having it all figured out.
It was about growth.
Healing.
And being willing to walk through fear rather than letting it stop me.
What once felt impossible slowly became purposeful.
And every step I took helped shape the space I now hold for others — with care, humility, and deep respect for the trust I’m given.
