I just wanted to pop and offer a bit of an update as I have not been here for a while.

Sacred cacao path CIC is still running in the background but it is def taking a back seat for now while I get Retreat at the Mill back on track and also life in general back to normal.

As many of you know things started but then due to things utterly out of my control everything’s took a massive unexpected turn.

Sacred cacao was my baby and will continue to be something I am super passionate about, cacao is still the main practise for me and will be a daily ritual for the rest of my life but while I figure how it all fits together bear with me.

Reiki Level 1 Training

Sunday 11th January

Reiki Level 1 is not about healing others.
It’s about learning how to care for yourself, gently, consistently, and safely.

At its heart, Reiki 1 teaches you how to calm your nervous system, ground your energy, and return to yourself when life feels overwhelming.

This is a beautiful practice for anyone, but especially for those who:
• Work with people
• Hold space for others
• Give a lot emotionally or energetically
• Feel depleted, overstimulated, or tired at the end of the day

Reiki offers a way to self-regulate, to soften out of fight or flight, and to create moments of calm that your body can actually trust.

This training is designed to support you in:
• Learning Reiki as a self-healing practice
• Creating daily grounding rituals
• Feeling more steady, centred, and resourced
• Looking after your energy without pushing or forcing

Training Details:

🕙 Starts: 10am
🕓 Finishes: Around 4pm (with a break for lunch)

💻 Training: Online
🌿 Attunement: In person

🚗 I can travel to your home for the attunement if needed (a small additional cost may apply to cover fuel)

Energy Exchange:
£125
£25 deposit to secure your place

You don’t need to want to “be a healer” to learn Reiki.
You just need to want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more at home in yourself.

Feeling so blessed to call this space mine.

I’m currently offering Reiki & Cacao one-to-one sessions for £39, and honestly… this is one of the most beautiful, unique experiences I offer.

Every session is tailored completely to you.
the scents I burn,
the music,
the pace,
the energy work…
nothing is “one size fits all.”

I’d love to give you a step-by-step breakdown of what happens, but the truth is:
everyone’s experience is different, because you are different.
Each person comes in carrying their own story, their own energy, and their own needs, and the session meets you exactly where you are.

But there is one thing every single person says:
“The moment I walk through that door, it feels like stepping out of my everyday life.”
It’s calm.
It’s safe.
It’s yours for the time you are here.

I’ve now opened up another day for sessions, I currently offer appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I’m looking at adding Saturday or Sunday soon.

Pop and follow me at Retreat at the Mill for updates about events and such like.

Some days, positivity feels like climbing a mountain in the dark.
You know it’s there.
You know there’s a view at the top.
But honestly?
Some days the climb feels like too much.

And that’s okay.

This morning, my book reminded me of something simple but powerful:

You don’t have to sprint to the summit, you just have to keep moving, even if today the “movement” is simply a single breath.

There are seasons where life is heavy, quiet, or uncertain.
Where the idea of “thinking positive” feels miles away.
But even then, something subtle is happening… you’re still rising.
Slowly, gently, step by step.

And one day, without forcing it, you’ll look up and realise you’re higher than you thought.
That the path behind you has shaped you.
And that the view, when it arrives, is worth every slow, steady step.

So today, if positivity feels out of reach, choose presence instead.
Choose breath.
Choose one tiny moment of softness.

The mountain will still be there.
And so will you. 🖤💚🧡

It’s been a little while since I’ve shown up on here… and that’s about to change.

Sacred Cacao Path CIC has been quietly brewing behind the scenes while I’ve been building Retreat at the Mill, running circles, and settling into this new chapter of the journey. But this space still means so much to me, and it’s time to breathe some new life back into it.

But for now, I just wanted to let you know:

✨ Hello Sacred Souls ✨

I wanted to share a little update with you all.

Many of the events that once ran through Sacred Cacao Path (before it was a CIC) are now being held at Retreat at the Mill. If you’d like to keep up with cacao ceremonies, Reiki, sound baths, and all the upcoming events, please do pop over and follow Retreat at the Mill so you don’t miss what’s happening.

Sacred Cacao Path CIC is still here, I haven’t let it go. Truthfully, I did consider dissolving it, but two years of hard work, study, and massive lifestyle shifts went into building it, and it still means so much to me. Right now I’m giving myself space to get the retreat fully up and running and to figure out how the CIC will fit into the bigger picture.

Preparing for the New Moon Eclipse Cacao & Meditation

As I sit listening to the rain pouring down outside, I’m reminded how life so often mirrors the weather, unpredictable, at times heavy, but always moving through. The threat of flooding is there, yet in the stillness of this moment, I find peace in the way I know best, preparing to hold space.

Tomorrow evening we gather for a New Moon Eclipse Cacao & Meditation, and tonight my practice is in the planning. Writing out the steps of the meditation, feeling into the rhythm and flow, and searching for the right music to carry us on the journey.

This is my meditation, honouring the process of holding space, weaving together the elements that will guide us into release, renewal, and connection with Mama Cacao.

No matter what is happening around us, there is a sanctuary in preparation, a reminder that we are always capable of returning to stillness, to intention, to heart.

Hello Sacred Souls 🖤💚🧡

Sacred Cacao Path has always been about heart, connection, and the deep medicine of cacao. ✨ Two years ago it was just an idea, and it grew into something real, a space, a community, and then a CIC.

I’ll be honest, things with the CIC haven’t gone to plan. But then again, when do things ever go exactly as we imagine? This path is rarely straight, but it’s always sacred. 🌿

There was never a question about cacao, it remains my passion, my anchor, and my daily medicine. What I do know for sure is that the only thing I’d regret more than the challenges I face right now would be to do nothing at all.

So, I’ll keep posting here, and Sacred Cacao Path CIC will also have its own webpage page on the new retreat_at_the_mill website.

This journey is part of my bones, and I have decided that I am honouring it fully, even in the moments where the way forward isn’t yet clear.

Thank you for walking this path with me. The journey continues, as it always will. 🌸
