✨ A Look Back at Our Wonderful Week ✨

It’s been a busy and joy-filled week for our residents! 💛

🎬 Monday: We kicked things off with a fun TV character quiz in the afternoon — lots of laughter and friendly competition!
💪 Tuesday: Morning exercise to get us moving, followed by some colourful firework painting in the afternoon.
🎆 Wednesday: Our residents were pampered with hairdresser visits, then we enjoyed a cosy Bonfire Night celebration with fireworks and treats!
🎤 Thursday: We were treated to fantastic live entertainment from Peter Mac and even enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea trip to Upton Vale Church.
🎲 Friday: We ended the week with an afternoon of bingo — always a favourite!

What a wonderful week of fun, laughter, and togetherness. 💕

✨ Aveland October Highlights! ✨

We’ve had such a wonderful couple of weeks celebrating the changing season together 🍂

🎨 Crafting beautiful lanterns for the Festival of Lights – Diwali
🚶‍♀️ Enjoying some lovely autumn walks in our local parks
🎃 Visiting the pumpkin farm to pick our perfect pumpkins
🎸 Singing along with our fantastic local guitarist, Bert
🕯️ Getting creative with pumpkin carving
💪 Keeping active with our regular exercise sessions
🎲 Having fun with classic parlour games
👻 And wrapping it all up with a fabulous Halloween Party featuring the talented Singer Camille for some spooky festivities!

It’s been a month full of laughter, creativity, and community spirit here at Aveland 💛

🌿 Aveland Court Weekly Highlights! 🌿

What a lovely week we’ve had here at Aveland Court Care Home — full of smiles, music, and special moments! 💚

Monday: Gentle exercise followed by some delicious fun for National Cake Decorating Day! 🎂
Tuesday: A peaceful 1-2-1 stroll out in the sunshine and live music from Dave with his classic crooners set. 🎶
Wednesday: Pamper Day! Massages, nail painting, and hairdressing — everyone looking and feeling fabulous! 💅✨
Thursday: The beautiful sounds of harpist Luc filled our lounge, and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at Upton Vale Church. ☕🍰
Friday: We wrapped up the week with lots of laughter and friendly competition during bingo afternoon! 🎉

A big thank-you to our amazing team, entertainers, and community friends who make every week so special for our residents. 💖

It’s been a wonderful few days here at Aveland Court, filled with smiles, laughter, and creativity 💚

🎶 We were treated to some fantastic live entertainment from the lovely Lea Millman, who had everyone singing along and tapping their feet!
💪 Our residents enjoyed gentle morning exercises to start the day with positive energy.
🍰 Cake decorating brought out our inner bakers — and plenty of delicious fun!
🚶‍♀️ We also made time for peaceful 1-2-1 strolls outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and a good chat.

Every day is special when shared together at Aveland Court 💕
