🍃 We had a lovely, albeit damp, wellbeing walk this morning on the Downs, through Cary Park and Tessier Gardens. There was lots of wildlife around and even a rainbow appeared! 🌈🐿️

🌟 HOPE Programme – Starting 26th February 🌟

Are you living with sensory loss and looking for support, understanding, and practical ways to cope?

The HOPE Programme (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively) is a six-week programme starting on 26th February, held at Paignton Library.

🕐 Time: 1:00 – 3:30pm each week

💬 What makes HOPE different?

This programme is delivered by people with lived experience of sensory loss, creating a safe, supportive space to:

• Share experiences
• Build confidence and resilience
• Learn practical strategies for everyday challenges
• Connect with others who truly understand

📍 Where: Paignton Library

📅 When: From 26th February

⏳ Duration: 6 weeks

🤝 Who: Adults living with sensory loss
