Amidst all the love I have for Skin Food💚💚💚 just want to share my love for this amazing oil which is so light whilst also being incredibly nourishing and an added plus is that it is easily absorbed. I cannot bear sticky products!!!

A blend of 8 different oils which in just three or four drops will leave your skin looking silky smooth.

Is your skin a little reactive this month?

My Poor Face! 😵‍💫

It really is in a reactive phase post virus and Yuletide.🤧

I have outbreaks!!!! Rare occurrences post menopause for me!🌋

I have a patch of dry skin between my brows that has in the past developed into Eczema and generally my cheeks and beneath my brows is itching and looking sore…and I’m paying attention!!! 👀

Time to reach for some TLC and for me that means The Sensitive Range.

The cleanser is the most gentle one restoring the skin mantle and so beautiful to use followed by a little of my toner. Not too much but I know it helps with the integrity of my skin.🌸

Tonight I’m going to use a little of the oil in a tender , gentle massage, its is such a pure sweet almond oil and worth every penny.🩷

I have rose eye cream to finish and this will be my ritual every evening for a week .

Day 6: Until Midnight Monday 1st.
My love for Weleda began in 1983 and it was the natural medicines that I first fell in love with .
Our Winter Wellness revolves around Prunus and Sea Buckthorn Elixir. Food State Vitamins and full of berry nutrients .
I love prunus in the mornings drizzled over Yoghurt or a toddy in a little warm water.💙
The Sea Buckthorn I have as a short shot around 4pm instead of caffeine.🧡
Sometime one , other times both but definitely my Winter boost for when viruses or colds can make me slow down 🤧🤒
