Hi 👋🏼 Guys!

This honestly boggles my mind…..that you still continue to come to me for your treatments 😆

15 years ago I launched The lotus room and it’s the best decision I have made ……🫶🏻

You have came along for this ride with me….

We’ve grown together….Ive watched as some have had their babies 👶🏻, others have got married👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏼, some have divorced 🫣, the sadness of loosing loved ones 💔 to some dealing with their own health and wellness 🌿….& I’ve been on many holidays despite never leaving the therapy room….😆….you’ve watched as I’ve moved from a spare bedroom into the converted garage….then there was 2020 (😐) but we got through it…..and I’ve loved having you come along and put your trust in me to treat you!!!

In the last 15 years I’ve grown as a Therapist and as a person, adding a few qualifications along the way inc my Lotus Pilates ….

I’m so grateful to each and everyone of you, either from visiting me in the past…to those who still come along…,from likes and shares to referring friends and family! This, as always, never goes unnoticed …so Thankyou!

I did say to myself this year I’d be more present on my socials and so far I’ve failed 😆😆….but you all keep me so busy I’ve never got the time 🤣 Just know I’m never far away….simply reach out and I will respond! (Maybe not straight away coz you know….brain fog 🫣😅)

So again…..Thankyou for the 15 years ….heres to another 15…where I will be 57- what? 🤷🏼‍♀️😆

Today was a self care day! 🌿

Who knew a needle in your left foot can help issues in your right shoulder 😆 and jeez it was a nippy meridian point, rather large blockage! Oops
My issue is emotional rather than physical and I know exactly what I need to do but do I do it? Course I don’t 🫣

So booked in again to start on the road to helping me a little more…..

Nice wee day ….Accupuncture then Aldis’s 😆😆

Friend sent me this and I’m howling…..his hands are like the those side brushes you see in a car wash 🧽 however I bet this felt amazing! Despite the whole bottle of oil landing on his head 😆😆😆

Hi 👋🏼 Guys!

And so it begins 🤣🤣

Now you all know I’m no fan of Christmas and if I’m honest I’d rather it was every 5 years and not every year but heyho….I don’t make the rules 🤪😆 but check me out with the tree up and the dogs posing!!!! It’s a Christmas Miracle lol

Just a little post to say Thankyou for booking appointments in advance….I’m nice and busy up until the 19th December, then I’ll be laying down the Massage oil for a couple weeks and returning on Monday 5th January where the hamster wheel of life will spin again 🤷🏼‍♀️😉😜

So for all of you who have booked I will see you all soon…..✨

Appointments available in January and first evening is in Match 🫣 (j know!)

But for now….Stay sane and remember it’s one day….it doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to be your vision of Christmas….busy and full or quiet and chilled….its one day…enjoy and do what works for you 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Just a little update on appointments ….

So sending out a huge Thankyou as I’m now full up until Christmas….if any cancellations pop up I will post on my page to let you know…..

First evening appointments now March 😆🤣 That’s just bonkers, so again any cancellations I’ll let you know!

I seen this reel today and it totally resonated …..
I do get asked often if I get bored working from home, honest answer ….No…😆
The older I get the more content I am at home, no real desire to go out anymore, I used to have the FOMO but now I have the JOMO 🤣 Not saying I don’t enjoy a social gathering but I’m not upset to spend time chilling on sofa eating crisps 🤪

Hi Guys!!

I know….I know……It’s Santa 🎅🏼 and I’m a wee but early but it’s now only 8 weeks this Thursday until Christmas Day so only 7 weeks left in The lotus room 🫣

The month of November and December I will be running the following Offer…..

Starting off With a 30 Min Swedish Back Neck & Shoulder Massage…..using The Massage Oil Range from Eve Taylor….once completed we apply Body Moisturiser and apply heat to this area for 5 Mins relaxation…✨
Continuing on with the soothing and ever so relaxing Eastern Facial lasting 35 Mins…..applying facial serums to and oil to help Nourish and improve the texture of your skin….this therapy will also incorporate a neck/shoulder/scalp massage…. afterwards we will apply a Sensory Retreat Eye Mask…Designed to feel like a warm cuddle for your eyes, wearing a masks will instantly transport you to a world where you feel warm, safe, cosy, and better able to drift off. These innovative eye masks are infused with beautiful and relaxing scents to help create the perfect sensory environment for rest and recuperation. Happy Halloween!!!! 🎃👻💀

Just incase you were wondering what the noise is as you walk up driveway to The lotus room??
It’s these two wee horrors…..eso the beige one….hes a riot!!!! And those nashers match his persona….but honestly he’s the sweetest, cuddliest soul but Lordy Lordy he has a mental bark 😆😆 Miylo….oh ….hes just there for support lol

But the both say Happy Halloween and hope the sweets you bought the kids don’t end up in your own snack drawer 🫣😆

I don’t have that worry as I bought none and will be switching lights off and the doorbell 😆😆
