We’re beyond excited to be invited back for not just two, but FIVE retreat days next year at our beautiful local vineyard, Sandridge Barton.

Expect our signature blend of art + yoga, now with the added joy of wine tasting.

These days let us slow down together - offering extended sessions, deeper connection, and the perfect mix of creativity, movement, and fun.

We’re mixing things up!

Join us for a special two hour life drawing workshop where we’ll start with quick sketches and then move into a longer, inspired pose. Expect props, atmospheric lighting, and plenty of time as we recreate an iconic painting.

Ian will be there to guide you with techniques or give you space to create at your own pace.

Feel free to BYOB 🍷or sip on our selection of herbal teas while you draw. We have a fantastic model confirmed for January and we're REALLY looking forward to this!

✨ And that’s a wrap! ✨

We’ve wrapped up 11 beautiful Stretch & Sketch sessions in 2025, and every single one has been a joy. We closed out the year with a bang thanks to our wonderful life model, Billie, and we couldn’t have asked for a better finale.

It’s been incredible watching this little idea grow and evolve with each workshop. And guess what? We’ve got big plans and exciting changes coming in 2026. Stay tuned over the next few days - we can’t wait to share what’s next!

A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who made these sessions so special: our amazing life models, our three gorgeous venues, and each and every one of you who showed up, stretched, sketched, and supported.

We started with a cuppa, moved our bodies, created space, sipped wine, and got creative with life drawing.

1-minute sketches vs. 10-minute sketch ✍️

We always kick off our sessions with quick poses - short bursts to loosen up, settle in, and get the pen moving. It’s such a joy to watch these sketches grow into more refined pieces as the session unfolds.

Loving these two drawings from last Friday at The Glade. The energy of the 1 minute studies and the added depth & colour that emerges in the longer 10 minute pose.

What a magical evening for our monthly Stretch & Sketch in the heart of the North Woods 🌲✨

Surrounded by nature and cozied up by the fire inside the nest, we sketched, flowed and connected.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and sorry to those who missed out on this sold out event.
