Dear George Rainsford (Casualty), Samantha Womack (EastEnders), and the cast of Dear England,
I would like to sincerely thank you all for taking pictures with the leaflets I created about learning disabilities and mental health. Your support means a great deal.
Living with a learning disability or mental health challenge is not easy, and finding the right job can be particularly difficult. I hope these leaflets will encourage people to seek help and feel supported going forward.
Thank you for using your voices to raise awareness and for showing such kindness — it is truly appreciated 🙂

If you’d like it worded slightly differently (for example, “into employment” or “find work”), I can adjust it — but this version is clear and strong.

I went to Brighton Amex Stadium with Mencap Sporting Communities. We took part in several workshops and got to meet Olympic Champion Jessica-Jane Applegate. Jessica is very inspirational.
I took part in a dance class and got opportunities to talk about LDVFB.
