Faith is all theory until it has been tested … and so is love .

So many times through life we talk of our faith and love being strong until it is tested . We almost become comfortable in our beliefs when everything is going how we want it to . But when them beliefs or life tests us we crumble in our faith and love .
It’s remaining true to our words and walking the walk rather than talking the talk . That is testimony to how deeply anchored in our faith is .

Love also needs to be worked at .
When tests in relationships come, we need to see clearly whether this love is conditional . On our terms . Or unconditional love that is given by the divine ✨

Detaching from the old stories and identities.

Embracing the blessings and achievements that are present in my life .

In a world that is marked by suffering , what is needed are compassionate men .

To develop compassion and understanding as fathers , friends and brothers is a true virtue of a man that leads with his heart .

To be a nurturing man does not diminish our masculinity in any way . And is not only a characteristic of a mother . We to can be the nurturer for our families and communities .

To show compassion and nurture signifies how a man is comfortable . Comfortable to show that side of himself . It demonstrates his stability and grace . Knowing that he can allow himself to naturally show love and care without the fear of judgement .

This is to be free in our minds and to do Gods service 🙏🏽🤍

Appreciation for the beauty and simplicity of life . Learning to observe my own ego . Not from a place of judgment . But to simply see the shadows and who traits . Then to just get on with it and change them . It doesn’t have to be complicated . If we recognise certain patterns then we have the choice to just do better .

Life is a weaving and meandering path . But it starts with self love and self awareness .

We can find our foundations and not be swayed by the world around us . Remaining in our light . The world will try to trigger us and pull us . But when we rest in our divine ways and know we have the eternal love of our father in heaven . Nothing can stop us 🙏🏽🦅

Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me.

Worry and faith have a relationship . They are inverse to one another.

See if we are a permanent state of worry then that will diminish our faith . Alternatively if we are in a state of FAITH then that will diminish fear .

When it is spoken of to remain in the present . The here and now it truly is all we have . We do not know tomorrow’s outcome . But choosing to have faith in God keeps us present and in peace . It truly is our choice .

Alongside this we do not think we have to know everything . Trying to control all outcomes .
True faith lies in deep surrender to the divine . Knowing and trusting that he sees all and will look after our needs.

Phillipians 4:13

As we change and transform , many temptations will await us . Knowing our weaknesses. Whether these are negative self reflections or judgments of the world .

To know our selves we must know the ways of our Heavenly Father.

To truly embody unconditional love is something that tests us every day . In the way we speak to those we love and those we don’t know .

But each time we make the choice to walk in the path of light , we anchor in and strengthen our foundations.

Our prayer is our sword . Our word is our declaration. 🗡️

I have had to dig deep and become a better version of me while wanting to quit so many times along the way .

But I chose to not give up on myself nor trying to make an effort to do the rite thing .

When we have had the capacity to do bad things we have at times in our life been a puppet of the darkness .

But through this experience we also have the capacity to see it more clearly and change .

People from the past who cross my path often ask me why did you choose to change and leave your old life behind . It’s because after seeing the destruction the darkness causes first hand , I learnt that it was not who I was .

Every day over the last 6 years I have been learning in each and every moment how to identify parts my character that have come through from who I use to be .

I always say to people that through my faith I have been able to keep moving forward . I have prayed for forgiveness and found it .

Through faith I have found salvation . I have been given discernment to see my flaws but also to see the beautiful natural gifts that God has blessed me with .

Don’t give up on yourselves . In each moment ask yourself . Does this take me closer to love …or further away from it ….❤️🙏🏽🦅🦋

Because He Has Given Me His Holy Spirit 🤍✨

Lord, fill me afresh with Your Spirit this day, I let go of all else and open my life to all of You. Enable me to resist the temptations of the flesh that would cause me to stray from the path You have for me. I don’t ever want to minimize all that You want to do in my life.
Help me to be ever mindful of Your presence in me, and may I always hear Your clear leading. I want to show my love for You by embracing You with my worship and touching You with my praise. Teach me all I need to know about how to worship You in ways that are pleasing in Your sight.

I have found such profound healing In becoming graceful and gentle within my heart . As someone who formed many defensive barriers over many years . This has been an ongoing journey and still is .

I have found myself looking to the scriptures and listening with intent to my teacher around this subject . The journey of returning to the heart .

There are times when old patterns will arise and the ego mind will try and fall back into what it knows . But each battle that is won . Is a step closer to one day this transformation being done .

To truly be a master of oneself is a journey that requires a clear , transparent and honest heart . To understand that if a seed exists in us that is not clean . How can we then offer our services to clean others ?

So I will continue to focus on my heart so I can be of the best service I can ✨
