Take a sacred moment today to honour this change of energy. A walk perhaps. Notice the subtle and not so subtle signs of autumn approaching and ask how this is reflected in your own life.
If a waterproof or umbrella is necessary then embrace and invite the cleansing rain.

This conscious step through a natural threshold grounds us in the present. It’s a way for us to connect to the bigger picture, get our bearings and remember what’s important.
A sacred moment can come in many forms so do what feels right for you. Allow your innate creativity to flow even if only in a small way.

The Ultimate Trust Fall - Surrender

My first experience was releasing my resistance towards the depression I was experiencing as a young adult. I stopped being scared of it and instead leaned into it, to learn what it had to teach me. Done with awareness, support and professional education the initial fall became floating which became flying. The spiritual insights that I gained became the foundation of my capacity to help others through similar existentially overwhelming journeys.

Silver linings that come from dark experiences are so important to hold onto.
