Whether you’re taking a moment for yourself after the school run or unwinding at the end of a long week, our lakeside sauna sessions are designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature and with yourself.

💫 Mums’ After School Run Club
Mondays, 10–11am (1st & 3rd Monday each month)
Drop the kids off and gift yourself 55 minutes of calm. A women-only wellness experience with lake views, refreshing dips, and time to reset.

*Standard Sauna & Dip sessions every Monday 10am - 1pm

🔥 Men’s Thursday Evening Club
Thursdays, 7–8pm
A men-only hour to relax, recharge, and restore balance. Support your body and mind with restorative sauna heat, cold plunges, and the crisp night air and meet like-minded souls!

💙 Each session invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect, one mindful moment at a time.

🔥 WEEKEND PLANS SORTED 🔥Outdoor wood-fired sauna + plunge pools in the open air, 55 minutes of pure reset. Come solo or with mates!
