🌟 Cancer Support Walking Group – Special Outing 🌟

Join us on Wednesday 5th December for a tour of The Minack Theatre, followed by a beautiful coastal walk down to Porthcurno Beach.

This is a gentle, friendly outing open to anyone with a cancer diagnosis. 💛

🕘 Time: 10.45am
📍 Meeting point: Minack Theatre car park
👟 What to bring: Comfortable shoes, warm layers, water, and a smile
We'll have a warm drink in the Minack café before heading to Porthcurno Beach.

Let’s come together, enjoy the stunning scenery, and support each other.

🎄 Young Adults Support Group – Christmas Wreath Making 🎄

We’re getting into the festive spirit at our next Young Adults Support Group, where we’ll be making Christmas wreaths together.

This session is a lovely opportunity to get creative, connect with others, and enjoy some relaxed, seasonal fun. All materials will be provided – just come along and join in.

5K Your Way this Saturday at Trelissick
Run, jog or walk
All welcome

Come and WALK, JOG OR RUN with us at our next 5K Your Way. Move Against Cancer meet-up THIS SATURDAY 25th October.

We meet at Trelissick parkrun on the last Saturday of every month. Meet from 8.30am next to the garden entrance (opposite the loos!). Keep an eye out for our bright blue tops and flag!

Briefing is at 8.50, Parkrun & Parkwalk start at 9am. It's a 5-minute walk from the car park / briefing area to the start.

If you're not ready to join in with the walk or run, we are usually at the cafe (outside if it's dry, upstairs if it's wet) from about 10am.

Newbies always welcome!
