I’m really looking forward to this - I’ve been so busy running my business as usual AND making my gift boxes this past couple of weeks, but it’s been a real pleasure to be creative they do look very beautiful. Winter wellness remedies will also be available as well as my unique tea blends.

Come along to this lovely event held at this great venue right in the middle of the heart of Tunbridge Wells. I look forward to seeing you.

I’ve been really busy creating a range of lovely gift boxes for my shop and also for the wonderful Christmas Wellness Fair on Sunday 14th December at 1 Warwick Park, Tunbridge Wells. There will be a variety of box sizes to suit everyone filled with my natural herbal products and formulas.

At my shop you can also fill a box with your choice of products - ideas include: herbal first aid, calm support etc.
I’m adding new lines every day this week. Currently the beautifully scented Lavender or Rose Care Package boxes are available as well as the ever popular Sweet Orange & Geranium Herbal Bath Soaks and new items too! I look forward to seeing you at the shop.

Come and find me this Sunday at the wonderful annual Christmas festivities at Wilderness Wood, East Sussex.

I have a stall selling lots of heavenly natural products and gifts and I’m promoting my Animal Herbal Choices Consultant work and also my new offerings of consultations at The Health Hut at Wilderness Wood! I’ve been so busy running my shop and clinic in Tunbridge Wells but have had a real thrill getting ready for this lovely event.

I’ve been discussing with my friend Katy (the owner and builder of The Health Hut), the possibility of me offering Herbal Medicine consultations here since it’s inception. Finally, the time feels right, and I am now available to do so. I see people for many different health issues from coughs, cystitis, gut issues and general well-being through to gynae disorders, OA, allergies, anxiety, sleep problems, menopausal symptoms, migraines and more.

I do, of course, still offer my services at The Herbal Dispensary, (my apothecary and herbal clinic based in Tunbridge Wells), but I thought it would be good to step out of the town environment to offer consultations on demand (for all ages) in this sublime woodland setting. The Health Hut offers a variety of therapies - take a look at The Wellness section on the Wilderness Wood website. I am a member of Wilderness Wood and have been part of the community since 2015, having been directly involved in the home-education scene there. I’ve also offered many workshops, talks and herbal walks here over the years. If you haven’t been before, it’s definitely worth a visit to appreciate this ever-evolving creative hub.

This was my second Spring Herb Workshop on 6th April at the lovely Halstead Bakery in Tunbridge Wells. I have another repeat available this coming Sunday (13th April) at Highgate Florist. It’s located in lovely countryside at Eridge Lane, close to Rotherfield. You can take the bus from Tunbridge Wells to Rotherfield and walk for 10 mins if you don’t drive.
