MOTHERHOOD + HORMONES


We can’t control the wind… but we can adjust the sail.

Motherhood is like this—unpredictable, challenging, and incredible. Just like our hormones.

In my 20s, I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I might never have children. Today, I’m a proud mama of two. But the journey hasn’t been easy—I’ve had to work hard for my health.

After my firstborn, everything shifted. Anxiety, panic attacks, and exhaustion crept in. Through private functional testing, I discovered I was severely depleted in minerals and not absorbing nutrients properly. What I was experiencing was Postpartum Depletion—something rarely spoken about.

After my second baby, new challenges came. I found out I was pre-diabetic—but with the right changes, I reversed it within months.

There were days I felt I didn’t have what it takes. But resilience is born in those moments. With support, testing, and Nutritional Therapy, I uncovered imbalances I never would have seen alone. Slowly, the light returned.

Our little lady is 3.

We did a mini road trip to Holland.
Enjoyed birthday pancakes with cousins.
A safari trip. Saw Giraffes, Zebras, Lions, Elephants.
A wonderful bike ride in the rural country, cute town, sand, lake + paddle boarding.

Our girl…. a rare flower — delicate yet strong.

Inquisitive by nature but a warrior. The zen warrior. She brings a calm presence that draws us in but when tested that’s when the you see her fierce — protective and brave side.

Just a small muslin cloth, jar, hire water bottle and towel will do.

I’ve been using castor oil packs for years—and always feel the difference when I’m consistent. Especially around ovulation or when my body feels sluggish or inflamed.

Castor oil supports your liver, lymph, and hormone balance—a small ritual with big impact if you give it time and repetition. Think of it as gentle, daily nourishment from the outside in.
