Haven’t been on here in a while, with a life update,
Basically getting my head down and focusing on what I’m good at…. Being FIT!!
So I’m cardio obsessed atm! Being healthy and consistent leading up to the Christmas time!

So I brought myself a little treat for December!!
WEIGHTED WRISTBANDS….

So I’m gunna wear these the entire month of December.. in every spin class!!

Too see the change in my upper body! I’m a cardio girl, and have pushed weight training to the side, so wanna see if these tone and define my arms by incorporating these into my weekly routine!

Working with music is a gift,
I had some beautiful feed back this week from a new client, saying “I’m now in the DNB club”

Im proud of my playlists, they take me time to plan, and I’m always adding songs throughout the week! I change my playlist every two weeks!

I could talk about music all day if you let me! But why DRUM AND BASS hits so well in my classes, is because it works with that 88 rpm! I call that the sweet spot in spin!

Anyways I hope a few of these are added to you’re personal playlists, I keep my playlists private on because I’m weird, and it’s like someone reading my diary 😂😂
