Healing Touch

Healing Touch Returning You to Health, Vitality and a Balanced Body Angelina originally came from China, Guangzhou city. Her brother is a local acupuncturist and herbalist.

It is a very traditional city; people there understand the TCM philosophy and the Five elements theory naturally and apply it in their daily lives. She remembers that her parents always boiled soup with some herbs which helps the body to remain in balance. She was brought up in such an atmosphere so for her, TCM philosophy and acupuncture points are naturally rooted within her body. Therefore her son and her family all benefit from these ancient forms, such as Tui Na, Gua Sha, and Moxa. These experiences really encouraged her to become an acupuncturist to be able to help others. That is why she decided to study and practice the wonderful unique form of medicine. Angelina is not only a registered acupuncturist but also a baby massage instructor and qigong exercise coach. Angelina also has a diploma in paediatric acupuncture. Angelina treats each patient’s problem as a unique case. An individualized treatment plan is designed according to an individual's specific needs and underlying issues. From taking a Chinese medicine view of health, Angelina will incorporate Yang Sheng advice tailored to your health and lifestyle into her sessions which is all about taking care of the body to minimise ill health later down the line.

Over time, this thickens into the persistent Phlegm you feel in your throat.Other signs you’re 'Damp':•🥱 Post-meal fatigue or 'heaviness'•☁️ Constant brain fog•🚽 Bloating or loose stoolsThe good news? Bloated after every meal? 🤯 It might not just be food! In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), stress often impacts digestion by 'sticking' your Liver Qi, hindering your Spleen's function. This can lead to bloating, gas, and a 'stuck' feeling.

The simple reset?Massage Tai Chong (LV3) – the point between your big and second toe – firmly for 2-3 minutes on each foot. This powerful acupressure point helps release tension, unstick energy, and supports smoother digestion. Think of it as opening a pressure valve for your body! 🔓 Try it tonight – your gut (and mood) will thank you! 🧘‍♀️

Why do you feel sleepy after lunch? 🍽️😴

It's not just a food coma. In TCM, it's often qi deficiency—your body doesn't have enough energy to handle digestion and keep your brain sharp at the same time.

Try this quick fix:
👉 Tap the top of your head (GV20) for 1–2 minutes
👉 Tap the pinky sides of your fists together 36 times

Steady energy, no crash. 🌿

It’s not just what you eat—
it’s when you eat.
In Chinese medicine, your body follows a natural rhythm.
Eat with it,
and your digestion gets stronger,
your energy becomes more stable,
and your body can finally rest and repair.
Simple habits matter:
✔ Eat at regular times
✔ Stop eating after 7 PM
✔ Give your body time to reset
No extremes. No stress.
Just work with your body—not against it.

22/03/2026

Your body isn’t designed to eat all day, at random times.
In Chinese medicine, timing is everything.
When you eat in sync with your body’s natural rhythm,
digestion becomes stronger,
energy becomes more stable,
and your body works with you, not against you.
But when you skip meals, eat late, or overeat—
you slowly weaken your system over time.
Start simple:
✔ Eat at regular times
✔ Avoid late-night eating
✔ Stop when you’re satisfied, not full
Small habits. Big difference.
