Tired Mama’s Club: Restorative Yoga & Relaxation - Mondays 6.30 pm
Give yourself the gift of deep rest and rejuvenation in our “Tired Mama’s Club”; a class designed specifically for women who need to unplug, recharge, and nourish their nervous systems. An hour dedicated to unwinding the tension held deep within your body and mind. We combine the gentle power of restorative yoga with soothing modalities to help you achieve profound relaxation. What to Expect:
Deep Stretching & Restorative Poses: We use props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) to fully support the body in passive, long-held poses. This deep, supported stretching allows muscles to release chronic tension without effort, targeting areas often stressed by motherhood (hips, neck, shoulders).
Calming Breathwork (Pranayama): Learn simple, yet effective breathing techniques to downregulate your nervous system, combat stress, and promote mental clarity.
Soothing Aromatherapy: doTerra Essential oils carefully chosen for their calming and grounding properties will be diffused and applied topically (with your permission) to deepen relaxation.
Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra/Savasana): The class culminates in a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest that is proven to reduce fatigue and anxiety, leaving you feeling profoundly rested. You need this! Tríona xx
