To mark World Kindness Day, parents at Marine Park Family Hub came up with positive messages to give to other South Tyneside families 💬

Boldon and Biddick & Whiteleas Family Hubs created a “kindness potion,” made handprint artwork, and explored different ways we can show kindness to one another ❤️

From Friday 14 November, families can enjoy free activities happening at a Family Hub near you! 🏠

With a jam-packed week of your favourite activities, m**s can also look forward to our 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 session - a gentle pilates class designed to aid in recovery after birth. M**s are welcome to bring little ones into class 🆕

Families joined silversmith and visual artist Kate Hunter-Parker at All Saints Family Hub this week, in preparation for the South Tyneside Winter Parade ❄️

The children learned how to create small owl puppets, owl lanterns and parade costumes using recycled materials 🦉
