Can anyone help me?

What on earth have I bought in one of my middle of the night shopping sprees?
When you press the centre there is a suction cup and when it separates the lights flash. 🙈

I obviously thought it was a good idea cos I bought 2!!!

I really do need to get a grip 😩 xx

Are you feeling lifes stresses today? A friend of mine thought i might be able to help her relax 🤔

She had a think about what might help and decided on reflexology 👣 and crystal reiki 💎🕉, designing her own combo 💕

When this lovely lady woke up, she thought she was in her own bed and told me she felt so much better 😴

Crystals on first, then reflexology and finishing with reiki 😌

I had a lovely day with my Massage In Schools buddies yesterday 💕

We all got a lovely massage and the atmosphere in the room was full of endorphins ❤️

There are so many benefits to this programme and it's exciting to be taking it into the community aswell as schools. It can provide an excellent bed time routine 😴

So.... Crystals on before the reflexology... Or not 🤔
A snuggly fleecy blanket or light fleece blanket 🤔
After the reflexology itself choose between finishing with moisturising cream, foot warming cream or the wee prefilled socks 🤔

I think the pre filled socks are like marmite.... You will either love them or hate them.... I think it's maybe a texture / sensation thing 😂 ###
