Welcome
I’m Liz Leech and I practise Craniosacral Therapy, Clinical Massage and Myofascial Release. For the past 8 years I have worked mainly with people with long-term pain and chronic health conditions helping them to reduce their pain levels and deal with the emotional toll that can go along with such conditions. Over the last 15 years as a therapist I have learned that pain doesn’t often happen in isolation. Things going on in our wider lives (relationships, work stress, bereavement, having children, caring for aging parents, hormonal changes) often mirror what is happening in our body. Exploring the bigger picture, becoming more aware, gently and with compassion is often the first step to feeling better. My approach is all about creating a supportive space, where using a combination of hands on techniques, gentle conversational enquiry and awareness of what you are feeling/sensing in your body we can work together to find out what you need to come back to an ideal state of balance and health, so you can go about your daily life with more ease and less struggle.
