Received a couple of lovely reviews last week from my healing sessions at Ori Wellness Centre
First from a female client who had healing with me for the first time & the second from a lady whose cat whose behavior had changed & he had stopped going into the house choosing to stay in the garden not wanting any contact with her. Session was done with distance healing

The Truth comes softly

In the clean space of freedom to witness the self, we can find ways to work with the truth. Truths are not the same as facts. Truths are about our stories and the story of our lives thus far. Being isolated for a time can mean we begin to understand far more deeply what our stories have become, and we begin to know how our stories need to change. The tale of your life becomes more and more clearly written by your self, without all the suggestions and interruptions-even those that are well-meant of others. Let the truth become clearer, and clearer, until it is in front of you. This truth is your story. And it is yours to write.

Take a seat in your favourite place in nature, close your eyes & listen to the wonderful sounds around you, hear the birds singing, feel the breeze on your face, the warmth of the sun. Focus on how this makes you feel & what you enjoy the most whilst sitting here. Remind yourself that you are a wonderful person & have so much to give to yourself & others. Be true & honest with yourself ❤️
