What a lush Sunday! Watching my man Colin Flaherty Spirit Medium do his thing at Bournemouth spiritual church and he was sooo good! Obviously I am biased but the messages and links oh my goodness! They bloody loved him! And who wouldn't 💕 then a little lunch together with mummy flaaa and Nelly flaaa

Finished the day with my 10k walk catching up on podcasts from The Feng Shui Flow 😍
