I’m back holding a magical afternoon mini retreat with Conscious Reconnection✨

It’ll be an afternoon of movement, slowness, stretching, guided relaxation and deep rest. Gentle yoga, meditation, restorative yoga and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, earth tone gong, shamanic drum and more, allowing the nervous system to find peace and calm. All welcome.
