Andrea Alestrand has just finished her 16woh challenge. Here are her own words.
Day 112 - The Final Day of My 16WOH Challenge b & What an incredible experience this has been in so many ways.
The visual results are pretty awesome, I was nearly 6 kg overweight when I started, and I wasn’t happy about it. Having been skinny my whole life, it didn’t feel like me to feel heavy and uncomfortable as my clothes got tighter. Seeing that change has been so rewarding!
But beyond the visible transformation, I want to highlight the invisible results, the ones that come from the inside out.
The pride of finishing what I started.
The discipline to keep going even when I wanted to quit.
The willingness to be coachable, to learn new things, and to try new ways of doing things, all in the name of improving and levelling up in life.
This challenge has been about taking care of both mind and body, and in return, l’ve gained so much more energy to keep doing the things I love.
16 Weeks of Hell has been like a reset, or even a rehab for both body and mind.
And now I have a blueprint for life, a guide I can follow to keep optimising my health, physically and mentally, for years to come.

Which Tony has used for over 10 years and just as obvious in 16WOH since its inception 😊

That Ginger has positive effects on the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties is ’all’ agreed ... then how tasty is it? opinions are divided, although it is TASTY FOR REAL 😄

How great the positive effects are is debated, I myself show through practical experience what I believe in 🙏

What I think/hope everyone realises is that it is obviously not some kind of ’magic potion’ 😏

It’s the totality of diet, exercise and recovery that has an effect on physical and mental well-being ... Ginger shots alone won’t get you far 😏😄

Together with our standard gym schedule, we also supply a home gym schedule. You can successfully complete 16woh just with the equipment you see in this post. We must however stress that a fully equipped gym is our preferred option.👊

Frode Lorvik crossed the finish line with impressive results, here he tells his story.👊

Final result! I’ve been strength training for 3–4 years without getting the results I wanted. Who would have thought it would only take another 16 weeks?😅 I’ve finally gained the knowledge and tools I need to keep progressing, thanks to 16woh! Thank you so much for the journey. 16woh changes lives.
