Lucky Scotland: BodyTalk Access with instructor Charlotte Nielsen is coming back to Scotland!
This one day course is for everybody, and gives you a tool kit to look after your own health, every day, for the rest of your life, as well as the health of family and friends.
Our class in Forres, Moray, is currently one of only two classes scheduled in Europe to be taught in person, in English.
