played table tennis from 2pm-10pm today haha, my thighs are dying 😅 but it's a good soreness, makes me grateful for the times my legs don't ache bending to pick things up that's for sure!

3 star table tennis balls are sooooo different from the cornershop ones I'm used to haha...

this exercise thing really is a strong antidepressant, i really did not wanna wake up today but a friend of mine wanted to meet at 2pm to play so i guess i had to get up. thankfully i did :)

gonna be off to spend the night with a friend much love to y'all hope your day is delightfully mediocre or better

It can be easy to misdiagnose sometimes if our needs aren't being met. Things I try to do before giving into my depressed moods: check and make sure my blood sugar is in range, do 20 squats, 20 push ups, take insulin when required, brush or floss teeth, taking a hot bath, taking a cold bath, drinking litres of water throughout the day.
