To fill a 330ml bottle:

🐰 300ml fresh green tea kombucha
🐰 3 raisins (no preservatives)
🐰 1/5 vanilla pod
🐰 dash of ginger
🐰 Big dash of cinnamon
🐰 1 clove
🐰 Tea spoon dried orange peel
🐰 Grated chunk of nutmeg

3-5 days to sit at room temperature and then refrigerate before serving up with your Easter eggs πŸ₯‚

Our 5 top tips for making your kombucha easy! πŸ‘‡πŸ»

1. Use a glass jar with a tap

Just trust me on this one πŸ˜‡

2. Get a nice juicy SCOBY

The more juice you get, and the more powerful (acidic) that juice is, the faster the fermentation, especially that first batch

3. Keep your first 2 brews simple

Get your head around the process using a basic tea, and then by brew 3 you’ll be a pro and it’ll be time to start experimenting

4. Always leave 3-4 inches of kombucha behind

This part will make sense once you get started, basically your SCOBY is like a fish in your kombucha

5. It probably isn’t mould

Mould is rare in kombucha, and is almost always down to the brewing temperature being too cold, the good news is we’re in spring now and so it’s the perfect time to start your own brew πŸ‘©β€πŸ³
