Yesterday we delivered our 2nd Networking Event to help our doorstep services showcase their great support to city wide services and also to connect and collaborate; all for the benefit of the patients from our surgeries that we are serving.

Really positive feedback, 45 organisations attending meaning lots of people! Some feedback.....

Finding out about different services especially ones I’ve not heard of before that are amazing

It was really helpful to have a list of all attendees so that is made the most of networking

So many connections made! I loved the informal vibe too.

Learning what’s available in our area so we can signpost people we speak to

Meeting lots of lovely people and how passionate they are

Huge thanks to everyone for coming and helping and for our amazing staff team that helped on the day.

This project has been funded by the governments Household Support Fund and there are eligibility criteria for participants. The project aims to support families and individuals who are finding it hard to cover everyday costs by providing an air fryer, access to food supplies, recipes, and cooking tuition. When completing the short application form you will be asked to, confidentially and securely, inform us of your eligibility.
