This week we delivered our Menopause Awareness Event for the patients of our surgeries, we had the excellent Dr Anderson, an expert and who specialises on the topic.

We had stalls from Stoke City Foundation, Home Instead, The Desmond Project, North Staffs Pensioners Convention.

We also had the Menopause Milton Cafe, Social Prescribing Meir Primary Care Menopause Support GRoup and the Stoke-on-Trent Libraries Menopause Support group.

Feedback was really positive.

Our thanks to those that came and supported the event.

We will be working towards delivering an 'evening' Menopause event with Dr Anderson sharing again, this will be in the new year.

🌟What is a Primary Care Network (PCN)? 🏥💙

🔍Understanding PCNs:

A Primary Care Network is a group of local GP practices that work collaboratively to provide comprehensive and integrated care to our community.

💼🤝These networks aim to deliver more personalised, accessible, and efficient healthcare services for you and your loved ones.

🤝Emphasizing Teamwork:

At the heart of PCNs are healthcare professionals like GPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other allied health professionals. Together, they form a dynamic team focused on addressing your health needs holistically. 🤗💡

What Our PCN Offers:

Our PCN is a prime example of a collaborative healthcare network. We bring together five local GP practices with a shared vision to improve patient care and enhance the health and well-being of our community. 🏥🌟
