It starts with understanding. Understanding how your body is protecting itself. Where tension is coming from. What areas are overloaded, and which ones have stopped doing their job.
Hands-on work isnât âjust massage.â
Itâs how we assess tissue response, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body to move safely again.
Only after that does movement make sense.
Because exercises work best when the body is ready for them, not when itâs guarding, tense, or overloaded.
This is why recovery feels different when itâs done with intention, not just repetition.
