Something different on the machine last week. We turned 12 sets of these round within a day to support a last minute customer order. We discussed the requirements with the customer on the phone, they then sent us the design, we created a 2D drawings file, created a program and machined it out within a matter of hours. For this one the customer went for MDF but on future orders we have advised to switch to a birch ply of better strength in the smaller parts of the design.

Some 3D scanning with our HX2 laser scanner today. This is a part we have made for a customer and we are now scanning it to confirm the part matches the CAD model. The part was designed by us based on the customer provided definition and then CNC cut and assembled in house.

Some Custom Made floors for these long wheel base Vauxhall Movanos today. The customer has bought us 3 empty vans to work with, these need floors, side panels and ceilings made. This van is to be fitted out with custom racking so was supplied without panels.

To create the floor we had to 3d scan the base of the van and then cnc a new floor from the resulting scan data.
