FREE Online Workshop – A Gentle Introduction to Sacred Menopause

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted or simply not like yourself lately?

You are not alone… and you don’t have to navigate this season on your own.

On Tuesday 24th February at 7pm, we are hosting a beautiful 75-minute online workshop designed to gently support you through menopause in a calm, safe and nurturing space ❤️

This session is being hosted by myself The Hypnotherapy Healing Haven (hypnotherapy & menopause wellbeing) and Pauline Flitton Crystal Manifestations (crystal healing & energy work, Health & Wellness coach), bringing together our skills to create a truly holistic experience.

During this special session you’ll experience:

Happy Saturday, albeit a soggy one 🌧️
Not one to be a sheep, I couldn’t resist seeing what my caricature would look like, and AI did not disappoint. If ever I was going to let AI do my advertising, I’d be down for this , I think it sums me up quite nicely.

No update on Gaia yet, but it won’t be long now, I will need a few dry days before she goes back up 💚 I’ll update you as I know more. I’d love her to be up and ready for the spring equinox 🤞🏻

I’m excited to bring soundbaths this year and they’re open to both men and women.
